What we process and why
When you buy, we process your name, email address, billing country and order details to deliver your files, send your download link, issue invoices and meet our tax obligations (legal basis: performance of the contract and legal obligation). Payment data is processed by Stripe as an independent controller. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
Service providers
Stripe (payments), Netlify (hosting of this website and the download service) and, if used, our email service for sending the download link. They process data on our behalf or under their own terms, with appropriate safeguards for transfers outside the EU.
Retention
Order and invoice data are kept for as long as Spanish tax law requires (generally six years). Server logs are kept for a short period for security.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing by emailing info@therealspainestatecompany.com. You may also complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD, www.aepd.es) or the authority in your country.
