Terms of sale
1. Seller
These terms apply to purchases on this website from Ekon van Akker, Carrer les Basses 7, 03749 Jesus Pobre (Alicante) Spain, tax ID X2373359N, email info@therealspainestatecompany.com ("we").
2. Products
We sell digital products: explanation guides, checklists and bundles in PDF format, delivered as downloads. Each product contains the language versions stated on the product page. The products contain general information and are not legal, tax, financial or other professional advice.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. We never see or store your card details. The contract is concluded when your payment is confirmed.
4. Delivery
Immediately after payment you are taken to your personal download page. We also send the link to the email address you entered at checkout. The download page remains available for the period stated on it. Please save your files.
5. Right of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content supplied immediately, this right ends once delivery has started, provided you have given your express consent and acknowledged this. At checkout you are asked for this consent. If you do not give it, you cannot complete the purchase. If a file is defective or incomplete, contact us and we will replace it or refund you.
6. Licence
You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the files for your own purchase or move. You may print them and share them within your household. You may not resell, publish or distribute them, in whole or in part.
7. Liability
We take great care to keep the information accurate as of the date stated. Rules change, and every purchase is different. We are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of the products without independent professional advice, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
